Return Policy

Online Purchases

Capitol Luggage wants to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their product. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on online purchases only. The item that was purchased can be returned as long as the item is unused or defective merchandise FREE; the only exception being personalized or custom made items.

In-Store Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied and the item is unused, we offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee. If the item is new/unused with tags still attached, but has passed the 14-day initial return policy, the store management will issue the customer with an exchange or store credit only. 

Items purchased in-store (The Mall in Columbia, Towson Town Center, Christiana Mall) must be returned to the store that it was originally purchased in, with the original purchase receipt. An item CANNOT BE RETURNED if the customer does not have a receipt. If you misplaced your receipt but the other conditions are met, please let an associate know and we will try our best to accomodate you (we may ask for ID and the card the item was purchased on). 

Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Used products are non-refundable. Capitol Luggage has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition.
